PMAP Demands Arrest of Hamad Kakar’s Killers, Accuses Government of Harboring Criminal Elements

**Quetta (Qudrat Daily)** — Following the *shooting death of Hamad Khan Kakar* near the National Highway Samli Phatak, residents and activists of the *Pashtunkhwa Milli Awami Party (PMAP)* blocked the highway in protest, demanding justice.
PMAP Central General Secretary *Abdul Rahim Ziaratwal* strongly condemned the incident, accusing the government of *supporting criminal elements* who allegedly operate with *weapons and complete impunity*. He stated, “If the government were serious, perpetrators of any crime could be arrested immediately, but inaction is increasing lawlessness in the region.”
Ziaratwal demanded the *immediate arrest* of those involved in Hamad Kakar’s murder and urged authorities to ensure justice for the *victim’s family*.
The funeral prayers of the slain leader were attended by a large number of *PMAP leaders, tribal elders, religious scholars,* and members of the public. Hamad Khan Kakar was the *son of Professor Muhammad Hassan Kakar* and the *nephew of PMAP leader Zarak Khan Kakar*.
