Haji Wali Muhammad Norzai Urges Public to Identify Local Development Needs and Focus on People’s Welfare

**Quetta (Qudrat News)** – Provincial Parliamentary Secretary for Social Welfare, **Haji Wali Muhammad Norzai**, has called on the public to actively participate in **identifying development priorities and planning strategies** within their constituencies to address community challenges.

Speaking to a delegation at his residence, Norzai emphasized that **all efforts should be dedicated to alleviating public hardships**. “We must move beyond traditional politics and work to empower the poor on a sustainable basis,” he said.

He urged citizens to contribute to the **development of their constituencies**, stressing the importance of collective focus on resolving the problems of underprivileged communities and assuring them that their rights would be protected.

Norzai highlighted that the current provincial government has **eliminated resource wastage**, with savings being redirected toward **public welfare initiatives**. He assured that **reconstruction and development of all areas, including remote regions, remain top government priorities**, and that he will continue **visiting districts to assess ground realities and understand local issues**.

The parliamentary secretary also emphasized the government’s **commitment to merit and transparency under the leadership of Chief Minister Mir Sarfaraz Bugti**, calling transparency a guiding principle for governance.
