KP Chief Minister Vows to Secure Imran Khan’s Release Through Joint Strategy
Peshawar: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister **Sohail Afridi** has reaffirmed that the **release of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan** remains the government’s **top priority**, and efforts are underway to secure his freedom through a **joint and coordinated strategy**.
He made these remarks during a meeting with a **PTI Sindh delegation**, led by former MNA **Saif ur Rehman**, which called on him in Peshawar.
The delegation congratulated Sohail Afridi on assuming the office of Chief Minister and expressed best wishes for his tenure. In response, Afridi thanked the visiting members and praised their dedication, saying that their enthusiasm reflects their deep love and loyalty toward Imran Khan.
He emphasized that PTI workers should stay motivated and continue their political activities with full commitment. “The release of our party founder is our foremost mission,” he stated.
Members of the Sindh delegation noted that Afridi’s appointment as Chief Minister has reignited hope among PTI workers nationwide. Sohail Afridi also hinted at an **upcoming visit to Sindh**, adding that the **schedule will be announced soon**.
