Jamaat-e-Islami Launches ‘Bano Qabil Program’ to Empower Balochistan’s Youth with IT Skills and Employment — Maulana Hidayat-ur-Rehman

**Gwadar (Qudrat News)** — Emir of Jamaat-e-Islami Balochistan and Member of the Provincial Assembly **Maulana Hidayat-ur-Rehman Baloch** has said that the party is committed to securing the rights of the people of Balochistan through practical steps rather than empty promises.

Addressing various gatherings in **Gwadar**, he said that Jamaat-e-Islami aims to equip the youth of Balochistan with **education, technical training, and digital skills** to create new opportunities for employment and development across the province.

He announced that under the **“Bano Qabil Program,”** thousands of young men and women across Balochistan will be provided **free IT education, training, and access to dignified employment** in the technology sector. Following the successful launch of the initiative in **Quetta**, the program is now being expanded to **Jaffarabad, Gwadar, Loralai, Zhob,** and other districts.

Maulana Hidayat-ur-Rehman emphasized that **Balochistan’s youth are talented, hardworking, and patriotic**, but they need proper guidance and facilities to move toward progress, prosperity, and self-reliance.

Commenting on Pakistan-Afghanistan relations, he said that growing **hostility and propaganda between the two nations** only serve the interests of enemies. “Expelling Afghans through humiliation or force is not wisdom—it is a grave mistake,” he added, calling for a policy based on **respect, cooperation, and regional stability.**
