Four Killed, 18 Injured in Firing and Road Accidents Across Balochistan

*Quetta/Turbat/Dera Bugti/Bela (Qudrat News)* — At least **four people were killed and eighteen others injured** in separate incidents of firing and road accidents across various districts of Balochistan.

According to details, **two people were shot dead** in the *Sangani Sar* area of **Turbat** when unidentified motorcyclists opened indiscriminate fire on a car late at night around 9:30 p.m. The victims, identified as *Ikram Murad* and *She Mureed*, residents of *Absar*, died on the spot. Police reached the scene, cordoned off the area, and launched an investigation into the incident.

In another incident, **an armed attack in Dera Bugti’s Pump area** left the **nephew of a peace force commander injured**. The attackers fled after the shooting, while the injured man was shifted to a nearby hospital. Security personnel later surrounded the area and began a search operation.

Meanwhile, in **Quetta’s Nawan Killi area**, a **fatal traffic accident** caused by overspeeding claimed **two lives** and left **three others seriously injured**. Police said a speeding car lost control while overtaking and collided head-on with another vehicle. The injured were shifted to *Civil Hospital Quetta*, where one remains in critical condition.

Separately, in **Bela**, a **passenger van and a Toyota Probox** collided on the *RCD Highway near Chinki Stop*, injuring **14 people**, including women. Four of the critically injured were referred to **Karachi** for advanced medical treatment. Assistant Commissioner *Bela Romail Naeem Jan*, along with police and rescue teams, reached the site and transported the injured to a nearby hospital.

Police have launched investigations into all the incidents, while local authorities have urged citizens to **observe safety measures** to prevent such tragedies.
