PM Shehbaz Sharif to Depart for Saudi Arabia Tomorrow to Attend Future Investment Initiative Conference

*ISLAMABAD:* Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif will depart for Saudi Arabia tomorrow (October 27) to attend the 9th Future Investment Initiative (FII9) Conference in Riyadh, on the invitation of Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman.
The Prime Minister will lead a high-level Pakistani delegation, including Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Ishaq Dar and senior members of the federal cabinet.

The global conference, titled *“The New Compass: Unlocking the Keys to Prosperity,”* will bring together world leaders, investors, policymakers, and experts to discuss innovation, sustainability, economic inclusion, and shifting global dynamics.
During his stay, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is scheduled to meet with the Saudi leadership to discuss enhanced cooperation in trade, investment, energy, and manpower. Regional and global developments will also be part of the discussions.
The Prime Minister will hold bilateral meetings with other heads of state and representatives of international organizations to promote Pakistan’s investment potential, sustainable development initiatives, and global partnerships.
This visit underscores Pakistan’s commitment to economic diplomacy and its strategy to attract investment, advance technology cooperation, and pursue sustainable growth.
