Court Orders Arrest of PTI Lawyers Over Assault on Khawar Maneka During ‘Iddat Marriage’ Case Hearing

ISLAMABAD: An **Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC)** in Islamabad has ordered the **arrest and production of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) lawyers** accused of assaulting **Khawar Maneka** during the hearing of the **Imran Khan ‘Iddat-period marriage’ case**.

Judge **Tahir Abbas Supra** issued **arrest warrants** for lawyers **Naeem Haider Panjotha, Fatahullah Barki, Ansar Kayani,** and **Ali Ijaz Butter**, directing that they be **taken into custody and presented before the court**.

The court also issued **notices to the surety (guarantor)** of the accused lawyers.

According to reports, a **terrorism case** against the PTI lawyers has already been registered at **Ramna Police Station** over the alleged assault incident involving **Khawar Maneka**, the complainant in the high-profile marriage case against the PTI founder.
