Supreme Judicial Council Meets to Review Complaints Filed Under Article 209

ISLAMABAD: The **Supreme Judicial Council (SJC)** is currently holding a meeting to review **complaints filed under Article 209 of the Constitution**, sources said on Saturday.

According to sources, the meeting is being **chaired by Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Yahya Afridi**.

The SJC is expected to **examine various complaints** submitted under Article 209, which pertains to the **accountability of judges** of the superior judiciary. The council will also deliberate on matters related to the **Code of Conduct for judges** of the higher courts.
