Azad Kashmir PM Chaudhry Anwarul Haq to Be Removed from Office

Islamabad: The federal government has decided to remove **Azad Jammu and Kashmir Prime Minister Chaudhry Anwarul Haq** from office.
The decision was made during a **high-level meeting chaired by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif**, where the current political and administrative situation in Azad Kashmir was reviewed.
According to sources, **the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N)** and **the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP)** will jointly determine the **future political strategy** for the region.
The meeting concluded that Chaudhry Anwarul Haq had shown **a lack of effective response to the recent unrest in Azad Kashmir** and **failed to restore normalcy** in the area.
Consultations between coalition partners on the next course of action have reportedly been completed, and a formal announcement is expected soon.
