Karachi: After several weeks of relatively mild weather, heat has returned to the city with clear skies and strong sunlight pushing temperatures upward.
According to the Early Warning Center of the Meteorological Department, Karachi is expected to experience hot and humid conditions over the next three days. The maximum temperature may rise to 36°C, while the minimum temperature is forecast to remain between 27°C and 28°C.
Forecasters noted that northwesterly winds will prevail during the early part of the day, later shifting to southwesterly sea breezes. Humidity levels are expected to reach around 90% in the morning and drop to 65% by evening, intensifying the feeling of heat.
Hot and humid weather is also expected in most parts of Sindh in the coming days, with no forecast of rain. Authorities have advised citizens to take precautions against the heat and avoid unnecessary exposure to sunlight.
