LHC Grants Pre-Arrest Bail to Salman Haider in TikToker Ayesha Jutt Case

Lahore:In a major development in the alleged assault case involving TikToker Ayesha Jutt, the **Lahore High Court** has approved the **pre-arrest bail** of accused **Salman Haider**.

The petition was heard by **Justice Jawad Zafar**, while the accused was represented by advocate **Mian Ali Ashfaq**. During proceedings, the court inquired whether the allegations against the accused were substantiated.

Police officials informed the bench that there was **no requirement to arrest the accused at this stage**. Justice Zafar remarked that if no arrest was needed, the court must be apprised of the exact stage and nature of the case.

After reviewing the arguments and case record, the court granted **pre-arrest bail** to Salman Haider.
