Governor Mandokhail Vows Timely Completion of Mega Development Projects in Zhob
QUETTA:Governor of Balochistan, Jaffar Khan Mandokhail, has said that bringing multi-billion-rupee development projects to District Zhob was a major challenge that required overcoming significant obstacles.
Addressing a large public gathering during his two-day visit to Zhob on Thursday, the governor said he enjoys the full trust and support of various tribes and communities in the division. “I stand before you as a witness to my promise that all people-friendly projects will be completed on time so their benefits reach the underprivileged masses,” he affirmed.
He emphasized that **transparency, accountability, and timely delivery** are his guiding principles, which will transform Zhob into a hub of development and hope for future generations.
On the occasion, dozens of people announced their decision to join the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N).
Governor Mandokhail announced plans to establish a large public park and new educational institutions for Zhob city. He highlighted that the **Daanish School project approved by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif** would pave the way for an educational revolution in the region. “Providing education, healthcare, and clean drinking water at the doorstep of the people remains our top priority,” he said.
He added that he had represented the people of Zhob at every provincial and federal forum to fulfill their expectations, pledging to continue serving them with dedication. “It is due to selfless service that our names are counted among the few genuine public leaders at the national level, and I am proud of this recognition,” he remarked.
The governor noted that his vision is based on sincerity: “When intentions are pure, blessings follow.” He said that although the Governor House in Quetta is considered an exclusive institution, he had kept its doors open for all citizens since day one.
He also expressed pride in Pakistan’s role as the guardian of the holy sites in Makkah and Madinah and thanked the organizers for successfully arranging the public gathering, while congratulating those who joined PML-N.
