Prisoner Convicted in May 9 Case Dies of Heart Attack in Gujranwala Jail

Gujranwala:A prisoner convicted in the May 9 case passed away after suffering a heart attack at Gujranwala Central Jail, jail authorities confirmed.

According to officials, the inmate, identified as Qasim Khokhar, had been serving his sentence in the central jail when he suffered a sudden cardiac arrest and died.

Prison authorities stated that Khokhar had been sentenced to five years in prison by an anti-terrorism court in connection with the May 9 violence case.
