ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has taken notice of a complaint circulating on social media regarding a Turkish-origin woman who was offloaded from a flight while traveling back to Türkiye.

Managing Director of the Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF), Afzal Bhatti, met the woman, Neslihan, and directed officials to resolve her repatriation issue immediately.

The prime minister instructed the OPF chief to ensure swift action so that the affected overseas Pakistani woman faces no further hurdles.

During a meeting in Lahore, MD OPF assured Neslihan that her travel to Türkiye would be facilitated at the earliest.
