MDCAT Exam Rescheduled Due to Flood Situation; New Date Announced

Islamabad: On the directives of Federal Health Minister Mustafa Kamal, the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) has officially rescheduled the Medical and Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT) 2025.

The decision was made in light of the ongoing flood situation, which has created challenges for students in the affected areas. According to PMDC, the revised exam schedule was finalized after consultations with representatives from universities across all provinces, as well as Azad Jammu & Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.

Originally scheduled for **October 5, 2025**, the MDCAT exam will now be held on **Sunday, October 26, 2025**.

Federal Health Minister Mustafa Kamal stated that the decision was taken in the best interest of students, reaffirming the government’s commitment to providing **equal educational opportunities** to every student across the country.
