Imran Khan Seeks Chaos, Not Politics: Rana Sanaullah

Lahore:Prime Minister’s Adviser on Political Affairs, **Rana Sanaullah**, has accused former premier **Imran Khan** and his close associates of seeking “chaos, discord, and unrest” instead of engaging in politics.

Speaking to the media in Lahore, Rana Sanaullah said that the **PTI’s boycott of democratic processes** was nothing but an “escape route,” showing their lack of trust in their own members. “This party has adopted the culture of abuse and insults as policy,” he remarked.

He stated that even during his time in office, **Imran Khan refused dialogue with the opposition** and instead promoted the “Oye, Tu” culture in politics. “The Prime Minister (Shehbaz Sharif) went three times to the opposition with offers of dialogue, but PTI was never willing to talk. Politics is about dialogue, not deadlock,” he added.

Rana Sanaullah revealed that **10 to 12 PTI members had contacted him offering votes**, but he told them to support their own candidate instead.

He stressed that the nation must **stand united against those promoting unrest**, saying, “Imran Khan and his companions don’t want politics, they want chaos and disorder.”

Regarding Imran Khan’s imprisonment, Rana Sanaullah said the government had never opposed his access to food, security, or visitation rights. He also condemned the recent incident involving Khan’s sister **Aleema Khan**, saying it was unacceptable.
