Overseas Pakistanis Are a Valuable Asset, Providing Them Facilities a Top Priority: PM Shehbaz
Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has said that **overseas Pakistanis are a valuable national asset**, and providing them with every possible facility remains one of the government’s top priorities.
He made these remarks during a meeting with **Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) Chairman Qamar Raza** and **Managing Director Afzal Bhatti**.
During the meeting, the Prime Minister was briefed on overseas events held to celebrate Pakistan’s victory in the Battle of Haq. The OPF officials also apprised him of the challenges faced by overseas Pakistanis and the government’s initiatives to address their concerns.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif praised the role of overseas Pakistanis in the global workforce, stating that they are rendering **important services as a strong human resource in international markets**. He assured that the government is taking all possible measures for their welfare and support.
