Serene Air Flight from Jeddah to Lahore Makes Emergency Landing in Karachi

Karachi: A **Serene Air flight from Jeddah to Lahore** carrying more than 200 passengers, mostly Umrah pilgrims, made an emergency landing at **Karachi Airport** after the aircraft developed a technical fault.
According to Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) officials, the plane’s captain sought permission from Karachi Air Traffic Control for an emergency landing after detecting a problem mid-flight. The aircraft landed safely at Karachi Airport, avoiding any untoward incident.
Initial inspection revealed a **fuel leakage**, prompting immediate investigation by CAA inspectors. Meanwhile, Serene Air engineers have begun repair work on the aircraft.
All passengers, including a large number of Umrah pilgrims, remained safe during the emergency landing.
