Captain (R) Safdar Condemns Egg Attack on Aleema Khan

Lahore: Captain (R) Muhammad Safdar strongly condemned the incident of an egg being thrown at Aleema Khan, sister of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder.

Speaking to the media, Safdar said that the hardship Maryam Nawaz endured in jail cannot be compared, as the PTI founder would not be able to last even 15 days under such conditions. He added that the PTI founder is enjoying all facilities in prison.

It may be recalled that two women threw an egg at Aleema Khan outside Adiala Jail. Police immediately took the women into custody.

PTI has submitted a request for legal action against the suspects. The party’s lawyer filed an application at the Sadar Bairuni police station seeking proceedings against those involved.
