PTI Expels Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Minister, 12 Lawmakers Over Party Policy Violations

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has **terminated the basic membership** of Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Minister Haji Gulbar Khan along with **12 members of the GB Assembly** for violating party policies.
According to a notification issued by PTI’s Additional Secretary General, the lawmakers were expelled on charges of **forming a forward bloc, voting against party lines, and breaching party discipline**. Their pictures were also shared on PTI’s official social media page.
Those expelled include **CM GB Haji Gulbar Khan, Shamsul Haq Lone, Raja Azam, Abdul Hameed, Amjad Zaidi, Haji Shah Baig, Suraya Zaman, Raja Nasir Maqpoon, Mushtaq Ahmed, Dilshad Bano, and Fazal Rahim**.
The notification further stated that the expelled lawmakers are barred from using **the party’s name, flag, or designation** in any capacity.
Meanwhile, **former GB Governor Raja Jalal Hussain Maqpoon** has been served a show-cause notice by the party.
