Sharjah:Pakistan defeated Afghanistan by **39 runs** in the opening match of the tri-nation T20I series in Sharjah, but the encounter was marred by chaotic scenes as Afghan fans stormed the stadium without tickets.

Batting first, Pakistan posted **182/7**, thanks to a brilliant half-century from **Agha Salman**. In reply, Afghanistan managed only **143 runs**, with pacer **Haris Rauf** starring for Pakistan by claiming **four wickets**.

However, the match was overshadowed by crowd trouble. A number of Afghan supporters **broke into the Sharjah Cricket Stadium** without tickets, forcing their way through a gate designated for fans and damaging stadium property.

The Sharjah administration had earlier announced **separate stands, pavilions, and entry routes** for Pakistan and Afghanistan fans to avoid clashes, but the situation turned unruly during the game.
