Saira Yousuf Reveals What She Sacrificed While Co-Parenting Daughter with Ex-Husband

Karachi: Actress Saira Yousuf has revealed that while raising her daughter with ex-husband Shahroz Sabzwari, the biggest thing she had to sacrifice was her ego.

Speaking on *The Motherhood Podcast*, Saira openly discussed co-parenting her daughter Nooreh, her bond with stepsister Zahra, and her relationship with Shahroz. She said Zahra often appears with her and Nooreh because “she is Nooreh’s sister,” stressing that she keeps herself out of her daughter’s personal matters.

Saira emphasized that for parents sharing custody, it is essential to be mentally, emotionally, and physically strong. “Co-parenting with my ex-husband taught me how to put my ego aside,” she admitted.

Saira Yousuf and Shahroz Sabzwari married in 2012 and share a daughter, Nooreh. The couple divorced in 2020, after which Shahroz married model Sadaf Kanwal, with whom he has another daughter, Zahra.

Despite their divorce, Saira and Shahroz continue to maintain cordial relations and are jointly raising Nooreh.
