Pakistan Will Avenge India’s Water Aggression, Says Sindh Governor

KARACHI: Sindh Governor **Kamran Khan Tessori** has blamed India for Pakistan’s recent flooding, calling it an act of **”water terrorism”**, and vowed that **Pakistan will take revenge** for the devastation caused.

Speaking to the media at Governor House Karachi, Tessori accused India of **”imposing water terrorism on Pakistan”** by releasing excessive water into rivers, leading to flooding across Punjab and now threatening Sindh.

“I appeal to the Prime Minister to raise this issue at the United Nations and other global forums just as he would raise a conventional attack by India,” he said.

The governor claimed that **India’s water aggression** has caused **billions of rupees in damage** and alleged that it was a **deliberate move** by the Modi-led Indian government to distract from internal failures.

“Modi must realize that this aggression will not help him win the next election. His cowardly actions are proof of his desperation. But Pakistan is a resilient nation, and we will expose India’s crimes on the global stage,” he added.

Governor Tessori stated that **800 people have died**, over **1,100 injured**, and **hundreds of homes destroyed** due to the recent monsoon rains and floods in Pakistan. He also highlighted **billions in losses** suffered by the business community in Karachi due to urban flooding.

He concluded by warning, “Modi’s water aggression will not go unanswered. The Pakistani nation is strong, and the world must see the reality behind India’s actions.”
