In a statement issued on Saturday, Dr. Sami Malik emphasized that the **crackdown on unregistered and number plate-less motorcycles** will continue without interruption. He clarified that this initiative is part of a broader effort to improve road safety and enforce traffic laws across the city.
He urged motorcycle owners to **ensure proper registration** of their vehicles and to **install both front and rear number plates** as required by law. “Motorcycle owners must comply with legal standards. Until then, their seized vehicles will remain in police custody,” he said.
The SSP warned that the traffic police will continue to take strict action against all violators in order to promote discipline on roads and prevent unlawful vehicle use.
