Tremors Felt in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, and Other Cities

Islamabad: Tremors were felt in several cities across Pakistan, including Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and Peshawar, on Monday.
According to private news channel *Dunya News*, the National Seismic Monitoring Centre reported that the earthquake had a magnitude of 5.2 on the Richter scale. The tremors were also experienced in Swat, Chitral, Abbottabad, Swabi, Mardan, Charsadda, Batkhela, Dera Ismail Khan, Haripur, Malakand, and surrounding areas.
The earthquake’s depth was recorded at 190 kilometers, with the epicenter located in the Hindu Kush region.
Residents, gripped by fear, rushed out of homes and buildings while reciting verses from the Holy Quran.
So far, no casualties or property damage have been reported.
