Famous YouTuber Ducky Bhai Arrested for Promoting Online Gambling; FIR Registered
Lahore: The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) Lahore has arrested a suspect involved in promoting illegal online betting applications. The arrest took place at Allama Iqbal International Airport.
According to the agency’s spokesperson, the arrested individual has been identified as Saad ur Rehman Zulfiqar, popularly known as *Ducky Bhai*, a well-known Pakistani YouTuber. He is accused of promoting illegal betting apps such as *1XBET* and *Binimi* on social media platforms and YouTube.
An FIR (No. 196/25) has been registered against him on behalf of the state, citing multiple sections of the PECA (Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act) Amendment Act 2025 — Sections 13, 14, 25, and 26 — along with Sections 294-B and 420 of the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC).
The raid team included AD Shoaib Riaz, Sub-Inspector Yasir Ramzan, and Head Constable Tahir. One mobile phone was recovered from the suspect during the operation. Further investigations are currently underway.
