Bani Gala Residence of Imran Khan to be Auctioned Today: Instructions for Interested Buyers
Islamabad: The residence of former Prime Minister Imran Khan, Bani Gala, is set to be auctioned today, August 11, 2025, with all preparations reportedly completed. However, no official response has been issued by the leadership of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party regarding the auction.
According to details, an advertisement circulating on social media, issued by the Assistant Commissioner Secretariat Islamabad, states that the auction will take place at 11 AM today. Participants in the auction are required to provide a Pay Order of 5 million rupees, made out to the Chairman of NAB (National Accountability Bureau) in order to receive a token for participation. The authorities had earlier issued newspaper advertisements for the auction on May 30 and August 7, 2025.
Those interested in bidding for the property are also welcome to visit the site of the residence before the auction.
While PTI leadership has yet to issue any comment regarding the auction of Imran Khan’s home, social media reports suggest that the sale is related to the recovery of alleged corruption in the Al-Qadir Trust case.
