PTI Youth Wing Lahore Senior Vice President Demands Recovery of Mian Shahzad Farooq
Lahore: Senior Vice President of PTI Youth Wing Lahore, Muhammad Ammar, has demanded the immediate recovery of Mian Shahzad Farooq.
In a video statement, Muhammad Ammar declared, “I swear by Allah that on August 5th, Mian Shahzad Farooq, who is the brother of Mian Ibad Farooq, was present with us during the rally. He was brutally beaten, thrown off a moving motorcycle in a manner that even animals would not be subjected to, and then trampled on the ground.”
Ammar further stated, “Instead of being taken to a police station or court, he was abducted by unknown individuals, which is a highly disgraceful act. Mian Shahzad Farooq is an elected Member of National Assembly (MNA) who defeated Maryam Nawaz in a painful defeat.”
He called for the immediate presentation of Mian Shahzad Farooq in court or his prompt recovery, emphasizing, “Protesting is the right of every Pakistani, and we will continue our protests until the release of Imran Khan.”
