BLA’s Influence on APC Declaration Shameful, Says Senator Irfan Siddiqui
Questions Opposition's Silence on Pakistan’s Victory Over India and Martyrs' Sacrifices

Islamabad: Senior PML-N leader and Senator Irfan Siddiqui has strongly criticized the recent All Parties Conference (APC) organized by the Tehreek Tahaffuz-e-Aain Pakistan, calling the alleged influence of the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) on its declaration “shameful.”
In a statement shared on social media, Senator Siddiqui said the APC declaration spanned five pages and included 32 points, covering every real and imagined issue, but completely ignored Pakistan’s historic victory over India in the recent conflict — a moment of national pride recognized by the international community.
“After the Pakistan-India war, this was the first formal gathering of the opposition. Yet, not a single word was spoken about the remarkable triumph and the truth of the cause for which our forces and people stood united,” he said.
He further criticized the opposition, especially the PTI-led alliance, for their alleged animosity toward Pakistan’s armed forces, martyrs, and veterans. “Despite their personal biases, does the opposition not consider the victory of Pakistan and its 250 million citizens as their own?” he questioned.

While acknowledging the importance of mentioning Baloch students’ rights, Senator Siddiqui raised concerns over the absence of any reference to the targeted killings of Punjabis by Indian-backed terrorists over the years.
He concluded by stating that the BLA’s stamp on the APC’s statement regarding Balochistan was “alarmingly obvious and disgraceful.”
