Mumbai: Bollywood actress Kajol has shared her simple yet powerful secrets to staying youthful and healthy at the age of 50, attributing her glow to discipline, self-care, and a positive mindset.
Speaking on a recent chat show, Kajol said that in her view, aging is more visible in a person’s eyes than wrinkles.
“When people are tired or emotionally drained, their eyes reflect it—and that’s when signs of aging begin to show,” she explained.
The actress described growing older as a blessing, stating,
“Many people don’t get the chance to live long. I am grateful to age, and I see it as a privilege.”
Revealing her daily routine, Kajol said she:
Drinks 8 glasses of water every day
Ensures 8 to 10 hours of sleep
Washes her face and applies cream every night before bed
