CM Balochistan Condemns Terrorist Attack on Police Convoy near Quetta

Quetta:The Chief Minister of Balochistan, Mir Sardar Ali Shah Bugti, has strongly condemned the terrorist attack on a police convoy coming from Kalat to Quetta, which took place at the Chuto area. In his statement, the CM described the attack as a cowardly act that reflects the enemy’s frustration due to their failure to disrupt the peace efforts in Balochistan.

The Chief Minister expressed deep sorrow over the martyrdom of Acting DSP Inspector Abdul Razzaq and Constable Raza Muhammad, calling it an irreparable national loss. He praised these brave officers for sacrificing their lives in the line of duty, raising the nation’s head in pride. CM Bugti extended heartfelt tributes to the martyrs and expressed his solidarity with their families.

Mir Sardar Ali Shah Bugti assured that the injured officers, Constable Taj Muhammad and Constable Khurshid Ahmad, are being provided with the best possible medical care. He stated that the Balochistan government is ensuring their complete recovery and well-being.

Following the attack, the security forces have already sprung into action. The CM mentioned that a search operation is ongoing in the area, and efforts are underway to bring the attackers to justice. He made it clear that all security institutions, including the provincial police, Levies, and law enforcement agencies, are fully committed to combating terrorism in the region. The Chief Minister also stated that the enemies of peace will be driven out of Balochistan, and the government will not allow anyone to jeopardize the peace of the province.

Mir Sardar Ali Shah Bugti reiterated that the sacrifices of the martyrs will never be forgotten, and the entire nation stands united in the face of adversity.
