PM’s Advisor Rana Sanaullah Says Arresting Imran Khan’s Sons Will Politically Elevate Them

Islamabad: Prime Minister’s Advisor on Political Affairs, Rana Sanaullah, has stated that if the sons of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan are arrested, they will rise politically.

In an appearance on Geo News’ “Capital Talk,” Rana Sanaullah said that it is the right of Imran Khan’s sons to join the PTI, and if they are arrested, it will only enhance their political stature.

During the program, PTI leader Ali Zafar clarified that Imran Khan’s sons, Qasim and Sulaiman, are coming to Pakistan to meet their father. He added that they will not be arriving in a procession nor will they be visiting Adiala Jail in a rally.

Earlier, Imran Khan’s ex-wife, Jemima Goldsmith, had expressed concern over the restrictions on their children, revealing that they are not even allowed to speak to their father on the phone. Jemima added that now, the government is threatening to imprison them if they come to Pakistan to meet their father.
