Medium Flood Hits Bolan River, Impacting Infrastructure

Bolan:A medium-level flood has been reported in the Bolan River, with a flow of 3,850 cusecs of water, according to the Irrigation Department. The flood has caused damage to the Roody Bridge on the Bolan Suni River, with a 15-foot portion being swept away by the floodwaters.
Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kachi, Jehanzeb Baloch, confirmed the damage, adding that machinery has been dispatched for the repair of the Bolan Bridge. The repairs will be carried out as soon as the water flow subsides. Despite the damage, the situation in Bolan remains under control, and authorities are prepared to handle any potential developments.
The local administration has assured the public that every precaution is being taken to manage the flood’s impact and ensure the safety of residents and infrastructure.
