CTD and Punjab Police Joint Operation: Six Terrorists of Fitna-e-Hindustan Killed

Lahore: Six terrorists associated with the militant group Fitna-e-Hindustan were killed in joint operations carried out by the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) and Punjab Police.
According to Express News, a combined operation was conducted near the city of Tunsa Sharif, where five foreign militants of Fitna-e-Hindustan were eliminated in the Waha police station limits of Jade Wali. Eight other terrorists were seriously injured in the operation.
The police authorities arrived at the scene shortly after the operation and praised the CTD and police teams for their successful mission. A clean-up and search operation is currently underway in the area to ensure the complete elimination of any remaining threats.
In another successful operation, the CTD and Punjab Police, acting on intelligence, conducted a raid in Bahawalpur, where a highly wanted terrorist affiliated with Fitna-e-Hindustan was killed. The operation foiled a major terrorist attack as one terrorist was shot dead while three others managed to escape. A large quantity of ammunition and hand grenades were recovered from the militants.
A case has been registered against the terrorists, and an investigation is ongoing.
Federal Minister for Interior, Mohsin Naqvi, congratulated the Punjab Police and CTD on their successful operation against Fitna-e-Hindustan terrorists. He praised their professionalism and said that the courageous teams had once again thwarted the enemy’s designs. He emphasized the importance of continuing to fight terrorism with determination.
Meanwhile, Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz also lauded the police and CTD for their action against terrorists. She assured that the pursuit of terrorists would continue, and the enemy’s nefarious plans would be crushed.
