Blaming Pakistan for India’s Terror Attacks is Dangerous for Both Nations: Bilawal Bhutto Zardari

Islamabad: Chairman of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, has warned that India’s anti-Pakistan ideology poses a serious threat to both Pakistani and Indian citizens.
In an interview with Al Jazeera, Bilawal emphasized that India is normalizing its anti-Pakistan narrative on the global stage, which, according to him, is dangerous for both countries. He pointed out that Pakistan’s history reflects the broader history of the region, not just one nation, underlining the interconnectedness of the regional context.
Bilawal further discussed Pakistan’s successful completion of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF)’s full action plan, highlighting the international recognition of Pakistan’s efforts to combat terrorism. He categorically denied any involvement of Pakistan in the 2019 terrorist attacks in India, stressing that Pakistan continuously faces terrorism on its soil and condemns such attacks.
He also addressed the lack of solid evidence from India regarding the 2019 Pulwama attacks, pointing out that India has failed to provide any conclusive proof linking Pakistan to these incidents.
Bilawal reiterated that both countries must focus on peace and cooperation, as the current narrative of hostility is harmful to the stability and security of both nations.
