Pakistan Deploys Army Nationwide for Security During Muharram

Islamabad:The **Ministry of Interior** has announced the deployment of **military forces** across the country during **Muharram** in response to security concerns. According to the ministry, the decision to deploy the army has been made for all four provinces, **Gilgit-Baltistan**, and **Azad Kashmir**.

The deployment request was made by the respective provincial governments and authorities in **Gilgit-Baltistan**, and the **Azad Kashmir** administration. The Ministry of Interior has also issued a notification for the deployment of the army in **Islamabad**.

According to the notification, the army will assist civilian authorities in maintaining security and ensuring peace during the religious observances.
