Pakistani Passport Now Offers Visa-Free or Visa-on-Arrival Access to 32 Countries, Global Ranking Improves
Islamabad – Pakistani citizens can now enjoy visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to 32 countries, following a significant improvement in the global ranking of the Pakistani passport. According to the latest report by international ranking platform “Henley & Partners,” the Pakistani passport now ranks 100th globally, up from 113th in 2021.
This improvement reflects Pakistan’s increasing diplomatic engagement and strengthening of international relations.
A notable development includes a recent agreement between the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Pakistan, under which holders of diplomatic and official passports will no longer require a visa to travel between the two countries.
The agreement aims to eliminate pre-travel visa formalities for these individuals, thereby boosting diplomatic ties and easing official travel processes.
