Khyber Pakhtunkhwa CM Can Dissolve Provincial Assembly Anytime, Says Government Spokesperson

Peshawar: The spokesperson for the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government, Barrister Saif, has stated that Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur has the authority to dissolve the provincial assembly at any time.
In his statement, Barrister Saif emphasized that the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa budget will not be approved without consulting former Prime Minister Imran Khan. He reiterated that the public voted for Imran Khan’s ideology, and as such, the budget will be approved in consultation with him.
Saif further warned that any attempt to impose an emergency would be met with strong resistance, claiming that a “fake government” would not last a single day. He asserted that the public would not tolerate any disrespect to their mandate.
The spokesperson also highlighted that only the Chief Minister holds the power to dissolve the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa assembly, and he can exercise this power whenever deemed necessary. He added that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is the only province where a legitimate government exists, based on Form 45, while the federal and other provincial governments are faltering under the fake foundation of Form 47.
Saif concluded by stating that it would only take a single push to overthrow “fake governments.”
