Armaghan Declared Guilty in Journalist Attack Case in Interim Challan

Karachi: The interim challan in the Mustafa Aamir murder case has been submitted to the Anti-Terrorism Administrative Court, implicating the accused, Armaghan, in the attack on journalist Nadeem Ahmed Khan.
According to the interim challan filed by Bahadurabad Police, on November 19, 2024, Armaghan was driving his Vigo vehicle when he stopped journalist Nadeem Ahmed Khan and engaged in a heated argument. Following the altercation, Armaghan opened fire on the journalist, injuring him, and then fled the scene.
During the investigation, Armaghan confessed to the crime, admitting that he had fired at the journalist with the intention to kill. The complainant in the case also identified Armaghan as the attacker.
The challan includes statements from more than eight prosecution witnesses. The administrative court accepted the interim challan and transferred the case to Special Anti-Terrorism Court No. 15 for trial.
