Indian Opposition Slams Modi Over Failure of ‘Operation Sandhoor’ Amid Rising Domestic and International Pressure

New Delhi:The fallout from the failed **Operation Sandhoor** continues to shake the Indian political landscape as **opposition leaders launch scathing attacks** on Prime Minister **Narendra Modi** over what they call a strategic blunder in dealing with Pakistan.
In a fiery **press conference**, senior **Congress leader Pawan Khera** led the charge, **bombarding the Modi government with critical questions** on the operation’s failure. “The entire nation is asking for answers about Operation Sandhoor, but all we get is silence,” said Khera. “Anyone who dares to ask is branded a Pakistani sympathizer.”
Khera accused the **Modi government of standing isolated**, both **domestically and diplomatically**, as countries like **China, Turkey, and Azerbaijan** showed support for Pakistan. He added, “The bravado displayed by Modi before the operation has vanished. His government is now exposed on the global stage.”
Taking a sharp jab, Khera remarked, **“His name is Narendra, but his actions scream surrender. Eleven years into power, this man has led India to the edge of strategic humiliation.”**
The Congress leader further stated that Modi, once seen as a bold leader, has been reduced to a symbol of failed diplomacy and military adventurism. “Even when U.S. President Donald Trump questioned him, he couldn’t muster the courage to respond. That says everything,” he said.
Using sharp rhetoric, Khera concluded, **“The myth of ‘Modi the invincible’ has been shattered. The film that played for 11 years now ends with ‘Narendra the surrender.’ The people are fed up with his cowardice, and he has endangered India’s future.”**
The Modi government has yet to formally respond to these direct accusations, but the mounting **internal dissent** and **international scrutiny** have left the ruling party facing increasing pressure ahead of upcoming parliamentary sessions.
