Court Orders Submission of Challan Against Armaghan in Illegal Call Center Case

Karachi: A judicial magistrate in South Karachi has directed the investigation officer to submit the challan at the next hearing in the case against Armaghan, the prime suspect in the Mustafa Amir murder case, who is also accused of running an illegal call center.
During the hearing, the investigation officer appeared before the court but failed to present the challan. The court expressed strong displeasure over the delay and questioned why the charge sheet had not yet been submitted.
The officer responded that additional time was needed and assured the court that the challan would be presented soon. The magistrate, visibly dissatisfied, remarked that a significant amount of time had already passed and questioned why the investigation remained incomplete.
The investigation officer explained that they were still waiting for certain records necessary to finalize the challan. The court, however, ordered that the challan must be submitted by the next hearing, stressing the need for timely proceedings.
