PIA Flight Makes Emergency Landing in Islamabad After Passenger Suffers Heart Attack

Islamabad – A Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flight bound for Quetta was forced to make an emergency landing shortly after takeoff from New Islamabad International Airport on Friday due to a medical emergency on board.
According to sources, a passenger suffered a heart attack mid-flight, prompting the pilot to immediately contact air traffic control and request a return to Islamabad. The aircraft landed safely back at the airport.
Upon landing, the affected passenger was swiftly transported to the trauma center, where a team of doctors is currently providing medical treatment. The airline and airport authorities coordinated the emergency response efficiently to ensure the passenger received timely care.
