I Say It Loud and Clear That Imran Khan Doesn’t Even Know Sohail Afridi: Sher Afzal Khan Marwat

Islamabad (Qudrat Daily): MNA Sher Afzal Khan Marwat has said, “I say it loud and clear that Imran Khan doesn’t even know Sohail Afridi. Murad Saeed removed Ali Amin and got Sohail Afridi made Chief Minister. A decision was got made from Imran Khan through Bushra Bibi’s daughter. All decisions of the provincial government were made by Murad Saeed.”

Speaking on a Hum News program, he said that everyone knows Murad Saeed makes decisions regarding Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. When Ali Amin Gandapur was made Chief Minister, his opinion was also included in that, while Ali Amin himself was very close to Imran Khan during that period. He had just come out after serving jail terms in three provinces, was provincial president, and he used to hold rallies and processions as well.

“Removing Ali Amin was also at Murad Saeed’s instigation. The problems in the party are that no one accepts the facts. Decisions in the party about who should be made Chief Minister should be a decision of collective wisdom, and capabilities should also be considered for making someone Chief Minister. Ask Shaukat Yousafzai — I say it loud and clear that Imran Khan doesn’t even know Sohail Afridi; he was made Chief Minister at Murad Saeed’s urging. Murad Saeed was elected from Mahmood Khan’s constituency, and then it is said that Khan has said that he should be made Chief Minister for this reason,” he said.

On this occasion, PTI leader Shaukat Yousafzai said that we are all PTI office-bearers responsible for the government’s departure, and blame cannot be placed on any one person. “If Sohail Afridi had a plan, why didn’t it reach the worker? Had a long march taken place, it could be said whether it succeeded or failed. To this day, no one has spoken to the PTI provincial government about what to do regarding the war against terrorism; it was made an excuse to dissolve the government. The government that has come is measuring roads to end terrorism. The Governor is roaming around with media teams,” he said.
