Shah Mehmood Qureshi Hospitalized After Chest Pain, Undergoing Tests at Punjab Institute of Cardiology
Lahore:Senior Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader and former Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi was transferred to the Punjab Institute of Cardiology (PIC) in Lahore after experiencing chest pain. According to his lawyer, Rana Madassar, Qureshi felt discomfort in his chest after Fajr prayers, prompting the jail authorities to rush him to the hospital.
The lawyer further stated that Shah Mehmood Qureshi is undergoing various tests at PIC, and specialist doctors are currently conducting a thorough examination of his health. Jail doctors initially checked Qureshi, and based on their assessment, he was shifted to the hospital for specialized treatment.
