Sixteen-year-old Syed Rafiullah, who is paralyzed in both arms, is a first-year FSc student at Postgraduate Science College, Quetta. Despite his physical challenges, his determination to pursue education has inspired many.
Following the viral video, the Chairman of the Board and the Additional Secretary of Colleges met with Rafiullah and announced that his tuition fees would be waived. Furthermore, the government will cover all his educational expenses.
