Pakistani Air Defence Downs 35 Indian Drones; Public Remains Fearless Amid Rising Tensions

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Pakistan’s air defence system has successfully intercepted and destroyed **35 Israeli-made “Harop” drones** since yesterday.
Director General ISPR, Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, stated that **all enemy drones were being continuously monitored via radar**. “Whenever a drone approaches, it is immediately detected and tracked by our systems,” he said.
He further emphasized that Pakistan’s air defence system is capable of **tracking even small drones**, showcasing the nation’s advanced surveillance and response capabilities.
DG ISPR also highlighted that the military follows a **strict operational protocol** for neutralizing drones, especially in areas with **civilian populations or commercial air traffic**, to avoid collateral damage.
