Ministry of Religious Affairs Launches 24/7 Helpline for Hajj Pilgrims

Islamabad – In a major facilitation step for Pakistani Hajj pilgrims, the Ministry of Religious Affairs has launched a 24-hour helpline to provide up-to-date information regarding Hajj flights, schedules, and other important details.
The initiative, launched under the directives of Federal Minister for Religious Affairs **Sardar Muhammad Yousaf**, will operate in **two shifts** daily and be supervised by **Director IT, Jameel ur Rehman**.
The helpline staff includes:

* **Second Shift Incharge:** Assistant Director Malik Asad – *Contact: +92 321 5365023*
Pilgrims can contact the helpline at any time to inquire about flight schedules, departure arrangements, or any changes to their travel plans.
A spokesperson from the Ministry advised all pilgrims to **stay in regular contact with their designated Haji Camps** to ensure they receive timely updates regarding any changes or important instructions.
This helpline is part of the ministry’s continued efforts to ensure a smooth, safe, and well-organized Hajj experience for all Pakistani pilgrims.
