Pakistan Hits Back: Blocks Major Indian Media Channels and Websites

Islamabad : In a strong retaliatory move, Pakistan has blocked major Indian websites and television channels in response to recent actions by India. According to media reports, Pakistan has launched a robust countermeasure, cutting off access to several key Indian media outlets within its territory.
The decision includes the blocking of various Indian URLs and prominent TV channels on international platforms accessible in Pakistan. Authorities have emphasized that this move serves as a firm and calculated response to India’s “hostile actions,” asserting that Pakistan has “reclaimed its stance with full impact.”
Indian news platforms now restricted in Pakistan reportedly include ABN Telugu YouTube Channel, CNN-News18, DD News, India TV, News18 India, Republic World, Times Now, Times Now Navbharat, WION, Zee News, and Republic Bharat.
The crackdown has significantly disrupted the operations of these Indian media outlets within Pakistani boundaries. Officials hint that more Indian video content and digital channels may also face suspension soon, potentially widening the scope of this media blockade.
Pakistan’s action is being presented as a clear message: it will not tolerate any “malicious efforts” by India and is prepared to respond decisively on all fronts.
