Trump Organization Launches \$1 Billion Tower Project in Dubai and Prepares for Qatar Development

Dubai – The Trump Organization has announced the commencement of a new tower project in Dubai, featuring luxury penthouses worth \$20 million each. This announcement comes just weeks before US President Donald Trump’s planned Gulf tour, which includes visits to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the UAE.

The tower, located on Dubai’s prime highway with a breathtaking view of the world’s tallest skyscraper, will be developed in partnership with Dar Global Plc, a Saudi Arabian developer listed in London. The project will see the construction of an 80-story tower, making it one of the most prominent developments in the region.

The joint venture will include a hotel, branded homes, a private club, and penthouses with sky pools. The tower is expected to take several years to complete. According to the developers, the project will also feature 126 hotel rooms and 446 apartments, with prices ranging from AED 4 million to AED 5 million (USD 1.1 million to USD 1.4 million). The penthouses are expected to cost approximately AED 74 million each.

The total value of the development is estimated to be around USD 1 billion, and demand for the properties is reportedly very high. In an innovative move, the developers will also allow payments in cryptocurrencies.

Meanwhile, the CEO of Dar Global, Ziad Alchar, announced that the company is also preparing to unveil a new property project in Qatar, in collaboration with the Trump Organization.

These developments come ahead of President Donald Trump’s Gulf tour, where he will visit Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the UAE. It marks a significant shift for the Trump Organization in the region, considering their past struggles. In 2008, a Trump Organization project in Dubai on an artificial island was canceled due to the global financial crisis.
