Gold Prices Rise in Pakistan Following International Market Surge

Islamabad – On Tuesday, gold prices in Pakistan witnessed another increase following a rise in the international market. According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of **24-karat gold per tola** rose by **Rs. 600**, reaching **Rs. 339,400**, up from **Rs. 338,800** in the previous trading session.
Similarly, the price of **10 grams of 24-karat gold** increased by **Rs. 514**, bringing the new rate to **Rs. 290,980**, compared to the earlier **Rs. 290,466**.
**10 grams of 22-karat gold** also saw a rise, now priced at **Rs. 266,741**, up from **Rs. 266,261**.
On the other hand, **silver prices remained unchanged**, with **per tola silver** holding steady at **Rs. 3,234**, and **10 grams** at **Rs. 2,772**.
In the international market, **gold prices rose by $6**, climbing from **$3,218** to **$3,224 per ounce**.
**Silver also recorded a slight increase of $0.05**, reaching **$31.35 per ounce** from the previous **$31.30**.
Market experts attribute the consistent rise in gold prices to global economic uncertainties and strong investor demand for safe-haven assets.
